Hey! I'm Shayna.

 

I'm an artist, storyteller, and activist.  I have been using my skills for the last nine years to bring awareness and empowerment to ocean restoration.

Legend has it that my first word was "La" and my parents would practice lip trills with me in my crib. Singing was my first love.

I have ample performance experience in live theater,  an acoustic duo, a rock cover band,  director of an a cappella group, and now have evolved a passion for improvisational performance.

Professionally, I am a citizen-science-focused scuba instructor with over 1000 hours underwater, and a non-profit and small business consultant.

​

I have led and developed an international waterfront cleanup initiative, spoken as a part of a United Nations Environmental Assembly, trained hundreds of ocean stewards, and now strive to make the world a better place through music.
